THE HOLES IN THE BRACKET FOR THE GOVERNOR ARM AND CAMSHAFT WERE BADLY WALLOWED OUT.  THIS SHOWS HOW I BORED IT OUT, ALONG WITH TURNING DOWN THE CAMSHAFT.  THE SHAFT FOR THE GOVERNOR  WAS ALSO TURNED DOWN.  BRONZE SLEEVES WILL BE PRESSED OVER THE SHAFTS, TURNED FOR A SLIP FIT INTO THE BORED HOLES.
Turning approximately .050 from the Camshaft.  It was somewhat out-of-round, and appears to have had a bronze sleeve attached sometime in the past.
The bosses on the bottom of the bracket were touched up on a belt sander to level them and remove burrs. It was clamped to the mill table, over some aluminum spacers.  For alignment, I turned two different pierces of CRS to fit the hole(s).  Since the holes were wallowed out, exact alignment was not possible, however a few thousands here should not matter much.
After the hole was bored approximately .050, I used a cylinder hone to make sure it was smooth inside.  The Bronze bearings will be turned to be a slip fit into the holes, and will be pressed on to the camshaft and governor arm shaft.
