THE MIXER, DE-RUSTED AND SANDBLASTED.   SEVERAL OF THE PARTS HAD TO  BE FABRICATED AS REPLACEMENTS..
I think the mixer, as I bought it, was taken from the bottom of the guy's rain barrel.  Solid rust, with some parts not salvageable.  (Some of my descriptions of parts might not be accurate).
The photo on the left shows a composite of the parts.  The large casting is 7005K.  The choke is 7004K, and the rotating plate is 23K.  New parts I made are the pin with round head, the disk, spring and washer.  The spring presses the disk against the bottom of  the choke, and should open it during intake.  I also made a new needle valve and brass seat for it, (shown below).
