MORE NEW PARTS.  THE OLD ONES WERE ALSO BADLY WORN, BENT, ETC.

These parts were made 21 Aug 2003

These are the old and new detent catch block and catch blade.  I made them from A-2 Tool steel, and will harden them later, after I determine how they engage, in case more machining is needed.  The round, tapped inserts are from drill rod.

I made an entirely new side rod assembly.  The old one was worn, and the rod was bent.  In addition, the hole  for the side rod rocker arm pin was wallowed out .
